View and Promoting a Rule Version

Navigating

Search for a rule on the Home page. Click a search result to navigate to its respective Rule page.

Viewing a Version

Navigate to the Version History table at the bottom of the Rule page. Here you'll see a list of all versions published for the given rule. Each row in the table will show the version's:

• version number
• publish date / time
• last edited by user
• change message (auto-generated summary of changes made to the rule for the given version)
• notes (user submitted notes at the time of publishing)

Hover over a version and select the View button to see the rule's versioned configuration.

Promoting a Version

When viewing a previous version of the rule, clicking Promote to current at the top of the page will update the rule's configuration to match the version at hand. Note that versions are immutable and a new version is created when promoting.

Clicking Back to current will return you to a read-view of rule's current configuration / version.
