Searching for Rules

Overview

Rules are entities that enable automated data analysis in Sift, either on data as it's received or on historical data.

Search

Select the Rules tab on the Home page to search for rules.

The search field is a free text field that allows you to narrow search results by rule name. On the right of the search field, the assets combobox can be used to narrow rule search results by asset applicability.

Results

The result list contains the result of your search. Clicking on a result will open the rule in its respective Rule page where you can view / update the rule's configuration or view / promote previous versions of the rule.

Create Rule

Create a rule by clicking the + New Rule button on the right of the filter section.
