Searching for Annotations

Annotations are user-created objects associated with a time range and a run, assets, or channels.

Search

Select Annotations to search for annotations. The date-time picker enables you to search for annotations that begin after the entered date time. The search field is a free text field that allows you to search asset names. It has advanced features like multi-word search, case matching, and regular expressions.

Advanced Filters

Click the filter icon to view advanced filters.

You can search for annotations associated with specific runs, assets, or tags, annotations created by specific users, and annotations in states like flagged, opened, and resolved. All fields support advanced features like multi-word search, case matching, and regular expressions.

Results

The results list contains the results of your search. Clicking on a result will open the annotation in Explore. The colored box in the Status column corresponds with flagged, open, and resolved annotations: red for flagged, yellow for open, or green for resolved.
