    1. Best practice: Add tags!
  5. Click “+ Add Rules”

  6. Select all rules you want to add to the template

Generating Reports

When data is streamed in, if a Rule within a Report Template needs to be evaluated (based off of the selected assets or asset tags), then a Report will be generated, grouping all of the Rules and annotations created from that Run's data.

Additionally, new Reports can be created by evaluating Report Templates against runs through the search page. Using this, it is easy to create Reports off of historical data, and evaluate the data with certainty of correctness.

  1. On the Runs page, click “Create Report”
  2. Select the Report Templates to evaluate for the Run(s)
  3. Either navigate directly to the Report to view the progress of the evaluation or find the generated Reports in the Reports tab on the home page.
