Overview

The Share feature allows you to capture and distribute the exact state of your workspace, providing teammates with the same context you are viewing. A shared workspace includes your selected dataset, applied filters, column selections, sorting, visual configurations, and other workspace settings. By preserving this state in a shareable link, you ensure that collaborators see the same results and structure without needing to manually recreate your setup. Using the Share feature streamlines collaboration across teams by making it easy to provide precise context when reviewing findings, troubleshooting issues, or presenting insights. It removes the need to rely on screenshots or lengthy written explanations, since recipients can interact directly with the live workspace exactly as it was configured at the time of sharing.

To capture and share the exact state of your Explore v2 (Beta) workspace:
  1. In Explore v2 (Beta), click Share.
