Campaigns

Overview

Campaigns in Sift organize related Reports and their associated Annotations into a centralized workspace for structured review and analysis. A Campaign provides an overview of Annotation status, supports grouping by Runs, Assignees, Rules, or Reports, and enables teams to manage complex data reviews with consistency and transparency. Campaigns include editable metadata such as name, description, and tags. Reports are added to a Campaign to define its scope, and the associated Annotations become the units of review. For example, a Campaign can be used to coordinate the review of all qualification Runs for a new hardware release.

Campaign views

Each Campaign includes two main sections:

  • View/edit Campaign: Displays Campaign metadata and associated Reports. This view includes a summary of related Annotations, which can be grouped by Run, Report, Assignee, or Rule to give insight into progress and review status from different perspectives.
  • View Annotations: Lists all Annotations included in the Campaign. This section includes filters to focus the view by properties such as Asset, Run, Rule, Status, and others. It supports reviewing large sets of Annotations in a structured and efficient way.
