Runs in Sift represent defined time windows during which data is captured from one or more Assets. They serve as discrete periods for grouping time-series data, enabling focused analysis and meaningful comparisons across operational scenarios. By organizing telemetry into Runs, users can isolate specific events, tests, or missions, making it easier to investigate patterns, assess performance, and diagnose anomalies within a contextual timeframe.
Runs support file attachments as part of the Metadata section. These attachments are stored alongside the Run and can include any file type. Uploaded files remain associated with the specific Run and can be viewed or downloaded as needed.
Sift supports in-platform viewing for a limited set of file types:
Attachment Type
Supported Format
Image
.png, .jpg, .jpeg
Video
.mp4, .webm
All other file types can still be uploaded and downloaded but must be viewed externally. Attachments do not modify the Run and serve purely as supplemental metadata.
The maximum file size for a single upload is 30GB. There is no enforced limit on the number of files.
